Rowan's Law
Concussion awareness and safety is important for EVERYONE and now it's the law!
All SOO members (athletes, volunteers, coaches) participating in in-person programming are required to review the concussion resource options annually and sign off that they understand and have reviewed the resources. These documents can be found here .
